Dropflow ("we", "us", or "our") built the Translate Checkout Notes Flux application as a commercial service. This service is provided by Dropflow and is intended for use as is.

3. Third-Party Services (DeepL)

To provide translation services, the App transmits the content of your customers' checkout notes to DeepL, a third-party translation engine. DeepL processes this text strictly for the purpose of returning a translation. We do not use DeepL to store, train, or retain your customers' personal data beyond the immediate translation request.

We do not store or retain your customers' order notes or personal information on our servers. Once a note is translated and successfully appended back to the order via the Shopify API, the data is no longer held by our application.

We value your trust in providing us your Data, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All data transferred between Shopify, our App, and our translation provider is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
